Airbnb complaints procedure ?

Hi, does Airbnb have a complaints procedure for owners?

Yes it does. Your first step would be to call Airbnb's helpdesk and state the nature of your 'complaint', and they will advise you of what steps to take from there. The phone number for the UK is...+44 203 318 1111 or locally 02033181111.

There are a number of complaint resolution options, but knowing nothing of the nature of your complaint, I can only advise you as above!

Hi All who venture to this unpolitical territory :). I just called Airbnb to file a complaint and the gentleman supposedly took my complaint and was really the only person I have spoken to who listened for a minute.  I also asked if I could get a copy of the telephone communications for this year with Airbnb.  I was told to ask for the legal department of Airbnb.  I hope this helps because I want to know if there is a Class Action Law Suite against them because I want to be a part of that conversation.

Air BNB has no complaints procedure and only employ staff in the far east with a poor command of English. They make promises but deliver nothing. They are only interested in skimming profits from the host and the guest.

I too would be interested in any class action

just found this thread, anyone has any update about class action law against Airbnb? In addition to Trading Standards, who else will regulate Airbnb?

Have been a super host for 5 years, loved Airbnb until I had to contact them about not getting paid for a referral, they said I would get paid, they said they would call me back, {they didn't)they said several times it was there mistake, now after hours on hold, they said no and they wouldn't tell me why, they said they would send it to me and just sent me a link to the referral page.  What a waste of hours of my time!!! When Airbnb started they worked with us hosts, now they send us to third party telemarketers in India. What a shame!!!
