Airbnb fails to support the good hosts. Prior to your full payment AirBnB deducts money due without notifying the host and whats very disgusting is Airbnb waits until the new guest checks in then deducts money for a early checkout from a prior guest. Airbnb fails to contact the host about any,issues in advanced. Airbnb expects the hosts to render free stay and threatens the host with a penalty for cancelling the new guest because AirBnB didnt pay.  But, the guest who cancelled or modified their reservation is NOT penalized. Good to know their are other companies like VRBO and Furnished Finders.
