Airbnb did not pay; still listed as pending after two months

Airbnb did not pay; still listed as pending after two months

Airbnb still shows payment pending in future payments though it has been two months.  Is there a way to contact them? 


Guest cancelled and I didn't  hold her to the full fee as I was able to rent my space for part of the time she relinquished.
Can you explain what happened?

What you are owed for the cancelled booking will be paid out 24 hours after check-in, like if she were staying.

This has happened with other bookings, but this one has remained in "future payouts".  Is there anyone I can contact in accounting at airbnb?
