I didn't receive a payout from one of my guests. The amount more than my minimum payment and I choose the right payout method. Guest left more than two weeks ago and I already received payouts from two other guests. What should I do in this case?
I'm missing a payment of £60 from an agreed resolution with a guest. I got the confirmation email from Airbnb that the money was sent but it has not appeared in present or future payments. I've been hosting for over 2 years and have had close to 200 bookings. lack of response from Airbnb is very frustrating ! After all this is people's income !!

So Airbnb, do you read your own reviews? It's incredibly difficult to get human feedback from you. I too am missing a payout payment. I've accounted for the holiday and weekend. sounds horrible. I got a guest supposed to arrive yesterday and I didn't receive any payment. NO email notification or whatsoever.
I just checked my year income to date and realize two reservations were not deposited into my account in June. Payments came in before and after no problem. I can't find a telephone number or an email for Airbnb. Who can help? I'm in New York Stare.
