Airbnb doesn´t veryfy my PayPal account

Hello to everyone. I entered my PayPal account 2 weeks ago and is still in the state of "pending verification". My PayPal account is active. The predetermined email in payPal wasn´t the email adress of Airbnb but  it was in the list of connected emails adresses? What can be wrong? Can you help me to dolve this issue? Thaks a lot Sylvia

Same problem here, contacted AIRBNB last night and they said that were having a problem unlocking my awaiting verification status.My bank said that they had run the test deposit with no problems and that was 10 days ago..AIRBNB told me to reenter the info. I put in the checking acct I have used it the past and verified  and now the process has started all over again. Very disappointed with them at this point because of the "well lets try this " answer. I asked them to please keep the line of communication open with updates...a simple ok would have been something but I got nothing. I have payments backed up and it would be nice to have them. Guess I'm looking at another 5 business day wait to see if my status moves to ready

This was a reply I recieved last night......they had also directed me to try Pay Pal.............Hi Arthur, My name is Anusha from Airbnb Customer Experience Team. I will be glad to assist you. 

Thanks for reporting this, Arthur, I would like to tell you that there is a technical problem going on due to which it is stuck in Pending Verification status. Our team is already working on it.

I understand this might be frustrating for you, I sincerely apologize for that. 

As a workaround, I request you please try re-adding the payout preference, also try to add PayPal. I hope this will work.
