We had a guest 2 months ago who flooded our kitchen underneath her bathroom on the second floor. We had to rush upstairs, knocked on the door, and had to get in as an emergency. The lady was just taking a bath, while it is stipulated only to use the tub as a shower.
We asked for her deposit ($100) a joke! 3 days ago, we received an email from Airbnb saying that we have 72 hours to answer an accusation of invasion of privacy. I have not been able to contact them, nobody is answering my email, the phone or the chat. Now our 4 listings have disappeared from the page!
Any advise???
