Hi Quincy -- Sorry I didn't do an update. I was notified on November 8 that my payout was on the way and it appeared in my bank account on November 10. The most frustrating thing about my experience was the quality of Customer Support. The Customer Support staff were very nice and sympathetic but they really didn't explain anything, reassure me that I'd get the payout, seem aware of what was happening, etc. I would have been very reassured to have more information. Incredibly frustrating and worrying for future payouts. Kate
