Airbnb has not paid for my last guests

Per the airbnb guidelines, they are to release funds to the owners within 24 hours of the tenant check-in.  That has been over a week now, the renters have stayed and left and airbnb has not even released the rental fees to me.  I have contacted airbnb several times per internet and the phone and keep getting the same story that it is a technical problem and they are working on it but we can't contact the technical people because they are outside of AIRBNB.  

 

Does anyone have any suggestions of how to get our rental payments that are due to us?  I suggested to the airbnb employee that they wouldn't like to work and when it was time for the paycheck, they were told it was a technical problem and being worked on.  I've asked to speak with a supervisor, and they were told that they would notify a supervisor who could decide whether they wanted to contact me or not.  Then the link to this site was sent to me to make airbnb aware of the situation.

 

This is an absurb way to run a business.  People are paying to stay and my place it looks like I'm providing it for free.  

 

Is anyone else having "techinical problems" or have advice to collecting my money?

They have been giving me the run around every day.  I've been promised a call from a supervisor but haven't heard anything from anyone is days.  I have a guest coming in this week that I don't know what to do since I don't want another free rental.  At least VRBO is paying as soon as my guests check in.  I would like to see if there are enough people having the issue to band together.   Hosts should know the risk they take letting AIRBNB handle the rental fees.

 

This really should be illegal.

I am having the same problem, I have contacted Airbnb and have not received a response as to when they plan on paying the stay. My guests have come and gone and I cant get an answer from Airbnb.

I am still waiting for payment from guests who checked out over a week ago, Air BNB are fobbing me off with excuses and no dont even respond to help questions, claiming that my payment method needed verifying & updating, which has been done and still no payment into my account, I have new guests this weekend and am concerned I am  not going to get paid, In the chat process they just keep saying a supervisor will look into my case and then shut the conversation down
