I confrunted in last 3 months with an unprecedent problem for me (as a co-host) in the relation with Airbnb.
They have not paid me for the last 8 reservations from December 30 to March 29, amounting approx EUR 2,000.
They did a partial payment of RON 1,570,92 (the equivalent of EUR 331), but on the difference they pretend they paid me or the main host.
I checked both bank accounts (mine and of the main host), but there is no such a payment.
At the telephone, I receive only lies for incompetent employees. One of them told me that the payments are still pending, another that Airbnb release one big payment for all the reservations.
Even as per , it is shown that it has been released only a payment of RON 1,570,92 (the equivalent of EUR 331), but no EUR 2,000.
I am desperate with this situation. I have utilites to pay for the apartment, contractors and 2 dependent little girls. But Airbnb doesn t give a rats ass on it.
I also consider to sue Airbnb for this amount.
If it will be necessary, I will come from Romania to San Francisco court (where Airbnb headquarters are located), in order to argue my case.
Please help me with a solution to this problem.
