Airbnb iPhone app login issues(only with iPhone, not iPad)

I've been hosting Airbnb for more than an year and had no problem with Airbnb app, but recently, when I needed to send a request for extra service fee, the app asked another authorization method to proceed.

I did "send the authorization number to mobile phone" then it doesn't proceed to the next step, but just the homepage of Airbrb.

I can use almost every functions fine, profile, messages, switiching guest mode to host mode, but to change the dates of the guest reservation or ask for the extra service fee, then again ask to authorize, and even though I tried several different authorization methods, nothing works, still kept me in the loop asking to do another authorization.

 

I can do fine with iPad app and laptop, but have a problem with iPhone 6 only. 

 

Does anyone have similiar problem?

There's been quite a lot of IT issues with Airbnb platform at the moment.

Have you contacted Customer Services?
Or sent in feedback so there teams are aware of this problem?

Have a search using IT in CC and there's over 2000 items come up, around 70 in the last month.
