Airbnb illegally charges occupancy taxes for guests staying over 30 days

It says in the rules in the Airbnb information that guest staying in the city of Phoenix for more than 30 days are not required to pay the occupancy tax. I have a guest that is being charged the occupancy tax illegally. My mailing address is Scottsdale but in fact  do live in the city of Phoenix. All my taxes

Continuation. All my taxes etc. are paid to the city of Phoenix. My guest has become very upset with Airbnb because they continue to charge the illegal occupancy tax. I have tried to get assistance from Airbnb with no avail. They say that the tax department has to get back withto date Airbnb has provided me with no assistance. I advise them that this was an urgent matter. me. If Airbnb is doing that to my guest and I how many other people have the illegally charged occupancy tax in the state of Arizona?

I have requested Airbnb's assistance with no avail. I am in the process of losing a guest due to Airbnb's illegal practices. Does anyone have any suggestions? I have already offered this guest a special offer but it is so low that I cannot eat the illegal occupancy tax, too.
