Airbnb is protecting guests from COVID-19 but what about protecting Owners

I'd like Airbnb to answer this question...

Airbnb has done a lot to protect guests and make them feel safe from COVID-19, but what about protecting their partners and owners from costly litigation? In this litigious society we need to watch out for people who try to take advantage of a situation like this. It happened to us just last year. We had internet installed at one of our places by the large internet provider here in town. One of their employees claimed he was hurt while working at our property by "tripping over a piece of metal". There was not metal in the area where he tripped but that didn't prevent his employers insurance company from going after our insurance for compensation.

AIRBNB, WE NEED A DISCLAIMER OR CHECK BOX THAT THE GUEST MUST CHECK BEFORE THEY CONFIRM THEIR RESERVATION. This box must say they have read our policy where owners can state we are not responsible in case they get sick during or after they stay at our space. If they don't check this box they can't create the reservation. We need this quick too.

I suspect this wouldn't be deemed as a terribly positive message to send to guests, and since Airbnb is all about guests and this isn't a happy clappy request, it won't happen.  Besides, if your cleaning has been "approved" by Airbnb, there ought be nothing to worry about.  Unfortunately, many of us have a somewhat different view and, along with every establishment involoved in providing guest services of any kind will be wondering and watching to see what will happen.  The first move is likely to be the insurers excluding Covid as an act of god or an otherwise extentuating circumstance, much like Airbnb - nothing to do with us, just do what you can to get by.
