Airbnb lowered price of my listing

I just had an instant booking for $29/night less than my listing price and another request for another date that has the payout listed at $19 less than my standard rate AND did not have an additional charge listed for the 2 additional guests in the party.  Both bookings are for 2 nights only.  I'm confused and not sure how to handle.

I have experienced the same thing.  My price for 3 people should be £145 (smart booking not active) and for some reason I've just had a request for £128 per night.  I've emailed Airbnb looking for an answer before I decline the booking as if I just straight decline those niights will then be blocked.  I have no idea if AirBnB did this or the guest is requesting it...very unclear.
