Airbnb messages - missing content

In the last week, on a number of occasions, I've received messages which have either been truncated or split into separate very short messages (less than 60 characters). The separate pieces often arrive days after each other making the message impossible to comprehend. This has never happened before but it is causing big communication problems with potential guests. Is anyone else experiencing the same? When will this be fixed??

Hi David. In my experience, the text messages are truncated, but the email messages are not. You should log in to your account or view the email message to see them fully. Does that help you?
