Airbnb messing up rates quoted to customer Inquiries for past 1 1/2 months

This is the message sent numerous times to Airbnb and of course not a peep out of them .... so fed up

We are once again having a nightmare with Airbnb not addressing our very urgent issues which AIRBNB HAS TOTALLY MESSED UP AND STILL MESSING UP CAUSING US LOSS OF REVENUE AND BOOKINGS AND GREATLY AFFECTING OUR REPUTATION WITH CUSTOMERS ACCUSING US OF BEING DISHONEST!!!

We have 10 listings for resort Her Lhin in Ban Pong in CHIANG MAI

Throughout the last month (October till now ) we had a very big problem with Airbnb sending us customer inquiries with totally wrong rates... Customers inquiring for a stay of 1 month, some of them 2 months and more, and Airbnb is quoting a price for 1 night...???!!  After a lot of back and forth and long phone calls 3 weeks ago and many lost bookings, this was supposed to have been resolved... Well obviously not ! ....2 days ago we lost this booking because of ridiculous quote sent from Airbnb...

How in the world have you been coming up with these quoted rates and earnings on our past / current inquiries ??
This is totally ridiculous and nobody is responding !!!
ARE WE GOING TO HAVE TO REMOVE OUR LISTINGS FROM AIRBNB AS THIS IS JUST SO UNPROFESSIONAL.?? We have never , ever experienced anything like this with any other vacation booking sites...
I am giving this one more chance to immediately get rectified and if not, then will remove the listings

Thank you...

Hi @Pasist0, this is a community forum for hosts and guests to share their experience and ask questions. We are not Airbnb employees. Have you called Airrbnb customer service directly?
