How do I get them to correct it.. Was on hold for 48 minutes on the phone and got disconnected.
Consider yourself lucky, as many don't even get 1 refund! (Kinda kidding, kinda not.)
I would just leave it be or make contact via Twitter rather than spending ages on the phone. I am sure you have better things to do like catering to your guests 🙂
Why don't you reach out to Airbnb, mind you you'll have to have arms as long as an orangutan and the patience of Job.
My advice to you Rebecca is let them get back to you when they discover their mistake.
