Airbnb resolution center no feedback, customer service does not reply

Hello,

I am unsure what I could do, me and my boyfriend went to Dubai and the place where we stayed was very dirty and I spoke to the host about this, our bed boards always fell on the floor if we put any weight on it etc... The host had the cleaning people come and do some 'cleaning' (it didnt help) and put our bed boards back, which fell again once we sat on it.

After our stay I went to the resolution center and wrote to the host and asked for a portion of our money back, she didnt reply, so I involved airbnb, that was over 2 months ago and I have no reply, no update. 

So yesterday I wrote in the customer service chat area, I get this message:

Thanks for your message — Airbnb Support will reply as soon as a specialist becomes available.

Then after a few hours (with no reply) it says:

This help session has been closed. For more help please see our help section.

(I translated this part because it was not in English)

 

What can I do?

Will I ever get an update for Airbnb?

 

Does anyone else have a similar experience?
