Airbnb's account hacked!

Hello,
I believe my Airbnb user was hacked.
I got an email with reservation I never applied or searched. While trying to login and understand what happened, most of the access to the platform was being denied.
I made a user verification now with my ID, and can't get any further help.

I have been getting resrvation confirmation and receipt. 

What can I do to cancel this order, and access the payment setting and remove it?
