Airbnb service fee refund advice

Hello

I booked an Airbnb in London and the pin marker was in the region of where I wanted to stay so I booked.

After booking the check in instructions came through and stated that the flat is in an entirly different location in the city. I have already paid half of the cost. The cancellation policy is flexiable so I can cancel but I will not receive the service fee back from Airbnb. Is there a way to get that service fee back too as I think it was unfair that I stand to lose money when I cancel due to the host advertising a flat in one part of the city that is in fact located in a different part of the city

Quoted from the policy:

"The Airbnb service fee is refundable, up to 3 times per year, within 48 hours of booking"

otherwise call Airbnb and explain situation, see:

And you can report the listing via the "flag" link in it, if it's clear the host is misleading potential guests.
