Airbnb shows the wrong neighborhood

We just posted a listing which is in Westchester County, New York, outside the city of New York. Airbnb has automatically assigned "The Bronx" as the neighborhood, which is simply incorrect. The Bronx is one of the five boroughs of New York City and our listing is not in New York City. Is there any way I can bring this to airbnb's attention and get it changed? It gives my listing a very different implication and it also means that I will not show up when people are searching in my actual location.

@Jeremy26 I believe Airbnb uses Google Maps to identify location.  When you put in your zip code in Google Maps, what county does it come up with?  You certainly can contact Airbnb for assistance with this.  Here's how:

Did this ever get resolved ... I have the same problem. My listing is in Jersey City, NJ yet it shows "Brooklyn" as my neighborhood?

I have the same issue. Jersey City in NJ shows as Brooklyn for the neighborhood.

I have the same problem over here on the west coast.  It shows one of my listings as "Hayden Island" - which, granted, is nearby - but clear across the Columbia River in Oregon, not Vancouver, Washington.  The proper neighborhood should be "Vancouver" as the listing is literally in the heart of downtown Vancouver.

I have a similar problem with my listings in Bali Indonesia. 3 villas all at same location but listed as 2 different neighbor hoods. The one with correct neighborhood gets 90% of my bookings. The other 2 villas get the other 10%, very frustrating. I have been searching for the answer for months and just discovered this neighborhood thing. I did a google search on contacting Airbnb and found out how to contact them. I have done that now and Iam waiting for a response from them.

I have the same problem.  My place is in a remote part of the Marlborough Sounds, New Zealand.  It is in a lovely bay and has no street address and is only accessable by boat.  Airbnb puts my neighborhood as the closest city, Picton, which is some 25 miles away.  It therefore does not show in search for Marlborough Sounds.  There seems to be no way to contact Airbnb to fix this.  Has anyone been able to contact them about wrong neighborhood problems?
