Airbnb update it seems on contact with support

It seems to me that it is a new feature: messaging with Airbnb support appear in our inboxes, just like messages with guests/hosts:

@Marzena4, I am relatively new to AirBnB, so I did not realize this was a new thing.

(The support messages have always appeared in that place for me.)

Where did the messages from AirBnB support appear before?

I can't remember when I had issues with the map when I had to write to the support (1-2 months ago?) and this feature was not there.
