Airbnb wants me to pay them $ 7 for an uninsured transaction

Hello dear Hosters. 

Anyone had an issue with airbnb when get payout less than have to be?

I contacted my bank, they said that airbnb forgot to pay insurance for the transaction (7 $) so the amount was taken from my payout. For proving this i showed them my SWIFT code trace, especially 70-71F fields where was clear that the charge belong to Sender (airbnb). Support manager Shy reject and ignoring facts and said "we have no financial department". Any advice? Feel really confused and embarrassed. Other transactions is ok.
