Aircover insurance policy and the transient lodging tax number

I need to get a copy of the aircover insurance policy and the transient lodging tax number for my rental. The Airbnb call centers have been horrible and dont seem to understand what I am asking for - I have to get a permit to do short term rentals here - new requirement and cant start the application without these two items - I have been on the phone for several hours without success - please share if you have been successful in getting these. I live in Nevada.

@Annika143 The air cover liability insurance does not name individual properties so will probably be useless to you. You really need your own insurance before you list on Airbnb.

@Annika143  You need your own insurance policy from an agency that insures short term rental properties.  Aircover is not “your” policy.  

Your tax ID number is assigned after application to your local tax authority. Mine came from the state tax department in my state.  Airbnb does not provide or assign tax information relevant to your rental, even if they are collecting and paying your taxes.  You need to do some more research.
