I am from Türkiye. I were a superhost for a long time. I lived a trouble with my visitor. My visitor sent me payments to resolution for damages. Then airbnb cancel the payments. They open a case about resolution. I prepare for the aircover listing with photos and adding resolution payments that I made already. They say to me sorry you passed 14 days to write us. ? My visitor knows that he did and sent me money for resolution then airbnb ooen a investigation and want me to pay out the payments. I lost revenue for that. For example now ı have 4 visitors 2 day long stau but ı cannot earn them because payment dont match the pay out. I spend that money for resolution If I had more money I should spend more. I can support my problem that I lived with photos. Have you ever lived something like mine. Why does investigation opens, why dont ask me what I lived?
There is a double standart that I lived newly. My other visitor damaged to my chair with liquer. 14 days passed. I open a case with worth $6 . My visitor accept that. They dont care about 14 day passed. I see on future payment and my visitor know it and message me I cover your damage quickly.
Huge damage is caused by my visitor. payments is finished over airbnb. Airbnb stop the payments which I will get. Then open a case for resolution, then ı fullfill the papers, then close the case to saying 14 day passed, then open investigation then cut the payments that I got, then my future payments cuts, then airbnb wants me to pay outs that my visitor already did.
Where is the 1 million dolar aircover. I will lost nearly 10.000 $ for this.
Damaged home, cutting payments, opening investigation, lost visitors who want to stay but I should reject them to recover my home nearly 20 days.
I cannot find a responsable member on airbnb to talk about. Türkiye has no host support desk. I cannot speak with investigator who works on my case.
