Alerts to know when a new location is available in an area?

Hi,

I am looking for a location in the french Apls from the 30th of December to the 5th of January. Right now there is not that much offers because it´s in 5 months.

Is it possible to track when a new location has been added on Airbnb for a specific city or area ?

Hello @Aurélien4,

There's no automatic alert system that you can sign up to for that.

All you can do is keep searching every week or so. If a new listing has been added in the area the word "New" will appear on its photo.

Here's an example.

Thanks for that. Does it appear if a flat is added for the dates I am looking for (but already existing on Airbnb) ? Or only when a new flat is added in the area ?

It appears just because the flat was recently added to Airbnb. It does not mean that it was always there but has just become available for the dates you searched for.
