All messages in inbox disappeared

All messages in inbox disappeared

I can't access my messages in my inbox. It says 'no messages yet' I have thousands of messages and  have been an Airbnb host for 5 years. Anybody? I have deleted and reinstalled the app, no change.

Hello, did you manage to solve your problem?

I lost my inbox messages too and I can't receive any new message.

I've been hosting for around 6 months and as of last night, all my recent messages in my Host Inbox disappeared and incoming new messages are not shown in the Host Inbox (I know there are incoming new messages as I have turned on cellphone SMS notification). My host inbox just stops working anymore.
I also know that my past messages are still there as when I click on Calendar>Guest Name> Message, I can still see the conversation between the guest and I but it's just not shown in the host inbox. My inbox is only left with messages 2 months ago.

Yes, uninstalled the app and reinstalled it and freed the cache memory of my phone. It resolved it 👍
