I am not a London airbnb host, but have a popular location in Sussex. Are there restrictions on the amount of days/nights I can rent my place out for in the year?

HI @Mary1601 you would need to check with your local council. I would imagine it would depend on the size of your place and location as to whether you need to register or need planning permission.

I don't think there are restrictions in your area in terms of number of days but again your local council can confirm this for you.

You may also find your insurance company limits the number of nights you can rent as well.
