Another glitch acessing guest's individual star ratings?

Aside from the fact that the entire Airbnb website seems slower and slower to load, has anyone else gotten this message when trying to look at a guest's individual star ratings?  When you look at a confirmed reservation and click on the guest's star rating, it gives me the message "Learn How to acess guest star ratings".  When I click on that, it tells me that I need to turn instantbook on in order to be able to see the individual ratings.  See also pics below.   The funny thing is, my instantbook IS on.  If you click on "turn on instantbook"  nothing changes--you still cannot see individual ratings, but all of your instantbook guest requirements (profile pic, ID, etc) reset to default settings (no pic, ID etc required).

Has anyone else experienced this?    Either this is another glitch from the "geniuses" at Airbnb's programming lab, or  sneaky way to get hosts to drop their requirements.    😕

I don't know what is the point of rating the guests if other hosts are not able to see the ratings when making a decision. In that case also the guests should see out star ratings after they book, it is only fair that way. And we will all book and cancel indefinitely like we don't have anything better to do.

@Ana1136   I completely agree, with you there, Ana.    I am just trying to figure out what is going on here.  Is the entire purpose of this "setup" to get me to drop my ID, photo, recommendation requirements?   If so, pretty sneaky.  Does this show up on your dashboard as well?

@Ann489 no, I can still see the star ratings, at least for now.

@Ann489    My IB parameters have also been unchecked a number of times, among other glitches, like choosing not to send address etc. until the 48hour freebie cancellation for strict policy is over.  Now, I peridocially check all my settings. Seems whenever they do an update it messes with the listing parameters and everything is reset to Airbnb's default,  i.e.  come one , come all, regardless.

@Ange2  yes, that has been my experience also.  😕
