Any hosts in the Pacific Grove or Monterey area?

I'm looking at booking a stay in Pacific Grove/Monterey for a month in May or June or August and I see that the city has now shut most nightly rentals down and only lets them do 30 days or more.

What I'm wondering is do you think the prices will go lower as I get closer to my dates are do you think they will book up regardless of this new restriction?

I would think there will be a lot of inventory as my dates get closer. It doesn't seem like 30 days or more would have a large audience.

are you still interested in booking 30 days or more in pacific grove?  I have a cottage style home in pacific grove.  We could work out a lower price. But I won’t be available for august 2020.
