I am having trouble communicating with my guests that I am a co-host for. It keeps showing as error “you don’t have permission to access this resource”. I can’t even leave reviews either. I have the same issue on my mobile (iPhone), mac (safari and google chrome), Samsung tablet...etc. No device seems to be any better. Airbnb hasn’t been helpful at all and keeps saying “we’ll look into it”. Or “looks good on our end”. But I’m still no more further ahead. It’s so frustrating especially when guests are needing assistance and I can’t even message them or see the reservation to find their phone number. Anyone else having this issue? Any work around?

This is completely unacceptable- I’ve had this problem multiple times with my co-host feature and it’s absolutely career-limiting - the fact that this glitch has been going on for multiple YEARS is so disheartening- you’d think they’d have this figured out by now as it’s obviously occurring continually and with many people on their platform. Airbnb support is practically useless and hasn’t helped resolve this at all.
I hear ya! It’s horrible! This is my job!!!! And I’m constantly having to contact the owners to trigger the message feed so I can send the guests a message. It’s been going on way too long and I get the same spiel over and over that they are “aware of the issue and our technical team is working very hard at getting this issue fixed”. Then silence. I really wanna jump ship from Airbnb but where do you go? It’s so known here. Ugh I hope they fix it soon but I’m not hopeful.

Hi Christina, I am having trouble with this as well! I can not communicate with co-hosted properties- they may be trying to reach out to me and I have no way of knowing! I can't leave reviews nor read them once completed. My mobile calendar is not showing co-hosted properties either. I too have reached out to customer service with no success. This is very frustrating, especially knowing this has gone on for so long without being resolved! I am forced to tell our co-hosted guests that there is a communication glitch and to reach out to me via phone or my email if they get no response - what a introduction to first time AirBnb users!
