Anyone needing a property manager (co-host) in Nashville area ?

I am a super host for my two short term rentals and just retired from my fulltime position in healthcare.  I am looking for periodic work, and I am flexible.  I can oversee your property, check on your property, check in guests, style and prep your previusly cleaned rental for guests, and I am open to other tasks as assigned.  I can do a little light cleaning or errands, but I do not do heavy cleaning or property turnaround.  I live in the west side of Nashville, but am open to other areas of town.  If you think I might fit your needs, please let me know.
