Apartment not showing up in search when "entire place" box clicked

My place is listed as "entire apartment" but when the search option "entire apartment" is chosen my apartment disappears.

Everything is listed correctly, but the search is not showing correctly.

The same happened to me twice during the last weeks. I solved it by changing my listing to "private room" and then to "entire place" back again. It seems like a glitch. I hope Airbnb solves it.

Yes, you are right. I have no explanation...Maybe you need to contact Airbnb

BTW It can easily be tested on this link:

It also does not show up when  "superhost" is selected in filter.

Thank you for the reply. I  have been trying to contact Airbnb with this question, but I just keep running into "help" suggestions which doesn't answer my question. Can you explain how to directly contact Airbnb with this question? Thanks again.

i would suggest "listings and hosting tools", "listing search", "i still need help" and then a chat-option is offered.

 

Airbnb Support is very slow these days, so do not expect a quick answer. Other ways to contact them are listed here: Contact Airbnb - Community Guide [Updated]

I took your advice and it worked. Thanks so much. I can't imagine how many people overlooked my listing because of this. I'll have to keep an eye on it.

It happens to me the same issue for the third time. I solved it by changing my listing to "private room" and then to "entire place" back again but I have just contacted Airbnb to check this issue. Did you check if your listing appears today? I guess lots of hosts are affected by this issue without noticing it.

Everything is fine now. I only "restored" it once.
