App Check-In vs. Website

The Airbnb App has an option of showing CHECK-IN steps that include photos and text to accompany the images. We noticed this option does not exist on the website. We incorrectly assumed it included everything and as a result, we had incorrect information on the site for weeks. The app and the website should be identical information.

Has anyone else experienced this frustration?

@Tim-and-Drew0  Yes, I don't use the app, but I'm aware that they have different features, not just the one you mentioned. There are things you can do on the desktop version that you can't do on the app, and I guess vice versa. 

It does seem ridiculous and unprofessional.
