Appearance of check out date on synced calendar

I synced our calendars with Google calendar for all employees to see. However, the check-out date shows as if they are checking out the day before they actually are. For example, John Doe rented for Sept 23-27  (check in the 23rd check out the 27th) On the google calendar, his name appears on the 23rd, 24th, 25th, 26th. So it appears the check-out date is the 26th. Our other synced calendars show each day – the check in date through the check out date. It makes it difficult to manage for the cleaning crew to know what day they can begin cleaning. Does anyone have a way around this on synced calendars? They show correctly on the AirBNB website, why not when they sync?

@Greg-and-Betsy0 - There is no automated way to make the Google calendar do half days.  What you rent are NIGHTS, so the calendar import shows that the last night the guests will be there. In  your example, this is the night beginning on the 26th (sleeping over until the 27th).  You can do 2 things which may help: 1. train the cleaning team to know that the cleaning happens the day after the last night showing on the calendar, or 2. manually go in and add "clean" on the Google calendar on the day you want them to clean.

There MAY be a way to automatically add a "cleaning" item from the email notifications that Airbnb sends you about the guest stay.  I didn't look too hard, but you might find a solution here: https://blog.calendly.com/the-ultimate-google-calendar-guide-90-tips-to-supercharge-productivity/
