You may - I don't know how long you have been hosting, but you can also change your instant book settings to only allow verified guests with reviews to instant book.  This reduces the chance of getting someone who makes you uneasy.  In any case, Airbnb cancelled my first instant book guest without penalty or without using one of the three "freebies" you get with instant book.
