Asking a guest to leave because their dogs are damaging my apartment

Guest left their dogs in my apartment for 8 hours . meanwhile the dogs are running rampant and tearing up blinds and sofa.

@Constance65 You can message them through the Airbnb messaging system and let them know they're breaking house rules and need to check out.  Then get in touch with Airbnb.  Look on first page of Help discussion room for the many ways to contact them, or choose "Help" from the menu at the top of your listing page.  If you keep all contact with the guest in the Airbnb messaging system you will have better luck with customer service.

@Constance65    I would also add to your rules something along the lines that:  no pets, no sevice animals, no emotional support animals are to be left unattended at any time, etc and whatever about penalties.
