Assistance with hosting in East Greenwich, Rhode Island

We are Airbnb super hosts in Rhode Island. We have found difficulty finding someone or some company that can help us manage our Airbnb in terms of cleaning, laundering linens, making up beds, restocking, etc. We are well able to manage reservations and communications, but we hold back on booking business  because of the effort required as outlined above, especially when we are away (we have the units configured for unaccompanied access, so greeting guests is not a problem).

We would be willing to compensate someone who can help with this and maintain our high-quality ratings very well. Please let us know any thoughts or suggestions on this topic.
