At a loss why Airbnb booking or queries emails do not go to my emal inbox.
A few times I've had to check on my page in order to see if there are mails because I don't receive direct email notifications any longer from Airbnb to my Inbox. How to convey to Airbnb that due to this that I was late in response from 100% reponse rate to 54% with a warning no less and it is out of my control. How to correct this situation so Airbnb know that their emails that did not reach my inbox. Thank you.
Thank you for responding and I only see it now, Jan 21, 2019. All good now without me having to contact them direct. It seems to be working back to normal again. I receive their direct message on my mobile device which is very important to me.
