Automated check in details

There used to be automated check in details sent to guests the day prior. Something has happened and now guests are not receiving these notifications. Does anyone know what has happened here?

I am also experiencing this. I do not know why. This has happened before it rectified the issue after I complained but has now happened again.

I am no longer finding an option to automate check-in.  I have put each date I need to send a notice into my reminders.
