Hi
calender has availability or booked also the time of arrival is general.
Situation:
My houses are in small aldeas (rural Galicia Spain) one has no permanent neighbors at the other neighbors only speak Galego / Spanish which can be a problem for international guests and they maybe on the fields the whole day.
Co-Hosting - yes we have some people who could receive guests but may also not be available on a particular day and unguided entry for first time visitors is not an option, they may not find the house etc etc ....
As the guest is king and to avoid disapointments it would be helpful to mark certain days as available BUT no arrivals please or alternative arrival times or simply "Please note host is not available on this day to welcome you"
It might not be a big issue but knowing my luck, on the days we can't be around we will receive a booking (arrival).
Any ideas suggestions welcome.

Both your listings look wonderful, @Martin333 and your reviews reflect that the guests felt they enjoyed their stay. Are you able to greet guests at anytime or do you have to rely on others to do that for you? Recently I saw a new option under Availability, Check In/Check Out in which you can specify days of the week in which there is no check in. You can specify any day or days of the week that cannot be the check in day. Those days can be booked but not as the first day. So you could figure out what days you or another person are reliably available to greet new guests, and exclude all other days. It might eliminate some guests, but at least you would not have to scramble to greet guests. What do you think?
Hello @Martin333 ,
In your availibility settings, section "trip lenght" there is an option "additional requirements". Here you can set custom rules for certain periods or dates, including the check-in day.
More general in section "check-in and checkout" you can set days when check-in or check-out is not allowed.
Hope this helps, Emiel
