Avoiding requests for summer weekend rentals

I've stated in the listing and on the calendar no summer weekends .  Yet I receive numerous inquiries for summer weekends which I decline then I'm deactivated.  We only do weekly rentals in the summer.  Any idea's how to prevent receiving weekend inquires?

You would either have to block out the dates, or put a really high price on the weekends if you don't want to manually block out dates.

Or....change your booking requirements to 5/6/7 days or more...
