BBQ PROPANE TANKS

We provide BBQ, propane tank and a spare for our guests so they do not run out when cooking - we ask that the guest refill or replace the empty tank once they start using the spare. Is this a reasonable request? Roy

@Roy743 No I do not think this is fair. How many BBQs will each tank power? I suspect quite a lot so how is it fair if one guest has to pay for all the gas used by the previous guests just because they had one BBQ?

@Roy743  We do the same, one tank and a backup. If for some reason the backup was also out, we would ask the guest to refill the tank (so they could use the BBQ), but we would reimburse them for it. Of course we always try to make sure there is propane and we don’t run out, but as we all know, things happen : )
