BIC/Swift code unkown on Airbnb Payoneer system

Trying to add a payment method (again!) - Airbnb seems to have lost the credit card one successfully entered when we registered. This time I am trying bank deposit with ASB as it suits me best but after getting through pages of rigmarole it finally does not accept the swift code for my bank which I have triple checked as being correct. Any one have any suggestions?
