Baby equipment rental service

Hello Seattle - Bellevue Airbnb Hosts. We rent out equipment to traveling families with infants/toddlers and had a question about setup permission. Wanted to ask how hosts feel about letting a service provider come in and setup before the guests arrive? Local hotels allow either prior entry or will set it up themselves as options. If not we would have to coordinate after the guests arrive. Just wanted to test the pulse and see what opinions there are. If any have worked with other providers in other cities, how has that worked out for you? Also as a side note. It appears many have had concerns with young families needing extra sleeping accomodations, extra messes, wetted sheets, etc. Would this service help anyone out?
