Back dating a booking

Hi all,

I am pretty new to airbnb.

I have a guest staying in my apartment,  and unfortunately her payment methods  have not been successfully effected.

She is now trying to back date the request and she is unable to do so, (I am assuming) because the start of her request has passed.

There's someone staying in your place and payment hasn't been made soI advise  getting on to Airbnb immediately so they can sort it out with the guest.

For information on ways to contact them type "contact airbnb" in the "Search the community" box on these forum pages where you posted your question. Scroll down a little in the list of suggestions that appears and click on the "Contact Airbnb: A Community Help Guide[UPDATED]" one. That lists phone numbers and ways to contact them via Twitter or Facebook.
