Bad business: Bad reviews of house rules

Bad business: Bad reviews of house rules

How can Airbnb allow bad reviews (3 stars or less) about HOUSE RULES? And  specifically,  SECURITY RELATED RUles???

THIS IS NOT ROCKET SCIENCE: Rules are published before guests reserve, we are  trustworthy superhosts, and AIRBNB ALREADY SPENDS MONEY ON THEIR 24 HOUR PHONE ASSISTANCE THAT CAN  READ MOST RULES IN 5 minutes. Or less.

AIRBNB is waisting resources “reviewing cases”- WHICH TAKES LONGER THAN CONFIRMING THE  RULE THE  GUEST IS COMPLAINING ABOUT, and frustrating their star providers.- BAD BUSINESS for everyone if they keep it up

I CALLED  airbnb the 3 times I got 3 stars for this reason, the  last reply I got  from a “SPECIALIST” was that “GUESTS HAVE FREEDOM OF SPEECH” .... referring to a guest whose children got into restricted areas like roof tops.

I feel ver insecure now.

There are no reviews in your profile, so where is this "3 star" rating set ?

@Maria13902 I’m confused because you don’t have an Airbnb profile or listing. Thus, it’s a bit difficult for others here to help you.

Generally speaking, if a guest breaks house rules and leaves  a bad review complaining about said rules, then the review should be considered “irrelevant”. The majority of CS reps are unfamiliar with policy, so it’s best to contact them by chat to be able to link the policy for them to see. It sometimes takes trying a few reps before one finds success. Yes this is a major PITA and CS  needs improving, but it is what it is.

Hello Colleen. Here are 2 of My listings:

@Maria13902  On your Airbnb hosting account, click on your picture in the upper right and then scroll down to "community center" and you'll find yourself here and able to sign in with your Airbnb account.
