I have a guest who stay in my listing and suddenly after checkout give a very bad review

The best approach is to decide if the review warrants a public response from you.

 

Avoid responding in an emotional and angry way, putting wrongs to right or settling scores.

It can show you up in an even worse light.

How about message her you are very dissapointed and so sad about her stars frankly, and asking her why she rated you so badly?
