@Anthony608 The second of those four has one review after yours, the others none. But there is no feature that would cause a profile's public reviews to appear differently for you than for anyone else.
Lots of different things could be going on here. Some of the poorly reviewed guests might have created a new profile untainted by negative reviews, or simply not booked through Airbnb again. It's also possible that their subsequent requests were declined by hosts wary of the bad review. And possible still that they successfully booked another Airbnb but the host didn't review them (some portion of hosts out there never review guests).
If the guest is a new or infrequent user of Airbnb at the time you review them, it's not a break with pattern when they don't show signs of using the service. There are plenty of other sites out there to book accommodation on, and most don't have guest reviews.
