Ben Gay use by Guests & other Topical Solutions

Hello AirBnB Hosts-

I just had an interesting situation with a guest, and I thought it might be worth sharing with the community. When they left, they left an overwhelming smell of Ben Gay that still exists. After washing & the sheets, duvet,  and mattress cover on sanitize twice, I am still unable to rid of the smell after a week!!!!

 I've since requested via "House Rules" that people  avoid using these topical products since they are incredibly difficult to get out of bedding and upholstry. 

Hopefully this helps other hosts, and we can help our guests understand more about how these things affect our the environments of our space.

Thanks for the info. Have you tried washing with white vinegar?
