Hi

I just to wanna ask a opinion in my Situation 

I am the host of studio Apartment in Berlin from 2013 till now.

I have that Apartment but   i am living outside county some time i come to berlin and stay thear.

the question :if the apartment is rentet per months then i dont pay enything,if up 90 days i pay,how is in my situation if i dont live in country an i have just this studio.
